Hello Kitty

Monday was a great day, started with a 1996 from Krug, then went on to the Krug Clos d'Ambonnay 1996, blanc de noir. Worked in the cellar, opened about 36 bottles of wine and then went onto a Champagne party. Loved tasting all the small grower bubbles and blanc de noir. This black cat is lucky for Halloween, which is when my home state of Nevada became part of the US officially. Battle Born, Running Rebels and home means the sage and the pine... mmmmm sage and butter sauce with ravioli.
